IT Infrastructure Intern
We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic IT Infrastructure Intern to join our team in our Monterrey offices.
As an IT Infrastructure Intern, you will provide support in maintaining and expanding the company’s IT infrastructure, as well as assisting with office maintenance tasks. This role is designed to give you hands-on experience with both technical and operational aspects of IT infrastructure while contributing to the efficiency of the workplace. This is an excellent opportunity for students looking to gain practical experience in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in maintaining, expanding, and supporting the IT infrastructure.
- Provide support in technology projects and implementations.
- Collaborate with the team to meet infrastructure and operational goals.
- Be in contact with Microsoft systems and cloud environments.
- Support in basic equipment connections (PCs, monitors, printers, etc.).
- Assist with office facility tasks such as:
- Building maintenance support.
- Assembling desks, chairs, and office furniture as needed.
- Ensuring workstations are properly set up for employees.
Requirements:
- Active student of Information Technology, Computer Science, or similar.
- Fundamentals in:
- Microsoft Office (preferred Office 365).
- Experience in basic office equipment connections.
- Proactive, dynamic, and willing to learn.
- Availability to work full-time, 8 hours per day.
